What happens after I book my session?

After purchasing, you will be taken to the calendar to schedule your session.

What happens if I don’t show up for my call?

If you’re not there at the scheduled time, there is a grace period of 5 minutes as I understand sometimes we may be running a few minutes behind. After the grace period, the timer for the coaching session starts. If you arrive within 15 minutes after the timer starts, your session will be cut short by the amount of time that has passed. 15 minutes after the timer has starter, the session will be canceled and the session will be non refundable

Can I reschedule my session if something comes up?

As long as your rescheduling request is before 24 hours of your call, we can reschedule your call once. Email us at [email protected] if you need to reschedule.
